What is a word you feel that too many people use?
‘Hun.’ I can’t stand this new word. I cringe when I get called Hun. STOP!
Where did it come from anyway? Is it short for honey?
“Hey, Hun (Honey), let’s talk about it.”
Call me Honey if you like because I can be quite sweet when the mood takes me, but I’ll never be anyone’s hun!
I like today’s prompt because I’ve always wanted to have a rant about that awful word!
If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?
It would be a toss up between books and clothes.
I’d like a book shop where customers could sit on comfy couches, and have tea or coffee as they flick through the books. But new books and coffee are probably not a good mix!
If I had a clothes shop, I’d sell clothes that are timeless and affordable.
I’ll probably never open a shop though!

It’s been many years since I did a jigsaw puzzle. When Little Miss Twelve bought herself a jigsaw of Elvis (yes, she’s crazy about Elvis) a few weeks ago, it brought back memories of when everyone in my family used to enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles. The bigger and more complicated the better!
