Blog Tour – Day Five. Story Chat – Short Stories and Ruminations

This is the last day of my blog tour; helping to promote the recently published book, Story Chat Online Literary Conversations: Series of Short Stories and Ruminations.

Read the story behind Story Chat Online Literary Conversations here ➔ Day One – Day Two – Day Three – Day Four

A quick recap;

Marsha Ingrao has taken the stories from her annual online writing programme, Story Chat, and put them together, along with some of the comments made by the Story Chat participants, to create this fabulous and unique book!

During the week, I talked about some of the contributing authors; Marsha Ingrao (United States), Hugh Roberts (England), Geoff le Pard (England), Gary Wilson (United States),  Anne Goodwin (England), Debbie Harris (Australia), and Philip Cumberland (England).

I didn’t get around to mentioning them all, so today I’ll show you where you can grab a taste of their writings and musings.

Doug Jacquier, from Australia, writes short stories and flash fiction on Six Crooked Highways. Doug’s Story Chat Anthology story is titled ‘Miniature Planet‘.

Cathy Cade, from England, is the author of four novels. She has had her writing published in Scribble, Best of British, Tales of the ForestFlash Fiction Magazine, Writers Forum, Seven Days, and People’s Friend, as well as in anthologies from The Poet, a Hull and Back Short Story Anthology and Fractured Fiction Anthology II . Cathy’s Story Chat Anthology story is titled ‘Out of Character’.

KL Caley, from England, writes stories, writing prompts and writing challenges, and even some educational posts on her blog New2Writing.wordpress.com. Her Story Chat Anthology story is titled ‘Handle With Caution’.

Yvette Prior, from the United States, writes about a wide range of topics on priorhouse blog Yvette’s Story Chat Anthology story is titled ‘Sweet Feeling’.

Charli Mills, from the United States, is another very busy writer, running weekly writing challenges on Carrot Ranch – an online literary community. Charli’s Story Chat Anthology story is titled ‘As Far As a Former Prisoner Can Go’.

Anne Stormont is from Scotland and writes mainly contemporary, romantic fiction. Her story for the Story Chat Anthology is titled ‘Nailing It’.

I don’t have a link to Wendy Fletcher, from England, but I can tell you that she is a beautiful writer and her story ‘Dress for a Princess’ is a heart-tugging little read.

My own contribution to the Story Chat Anthology is about double crossing and revenge. It’s titled ‘Back Stab’. I can’t remember where the inspiration came from for this particular story. I do remember that I very much enjoyed writing it, and I enjoyed chatting with those who took the time to comment on my story.

So my blog tour is finished and thank you to everyone who joined in and shared my posts on social media.

Geoff LePard is next up on the blog tour. Please join him tomorrow as he helps to promote Story Chat Online Literary Conversations.

    • Sorry, Geoff. Don’t know how I missed your comment. I was checking your blog to see were you ‘touring’. I understand now!
      Yes, the eBook has had a big make-over! Should be re-published by tomorrow.

  1. Gloria, you deserve so much credit for all your work. I got a text from Colleen yesterday, and her Kindle Unlimited had not updated, and she couldn’t get one loaded that did work. I sent her your ePub file, and it worked great. I may have to do that with Kindle Unlimited people. I hope you are doing ok. I haven’t heard a peep out of you! 😍😍😍
